In neutron chart, ovs bridges are created and ports are added to some of the ovs bridges according to auto_bridge_add. For now, we only support the ethernet port. This commition is to proposal bond port support. bond port is useful for network HA. For bond port, we should use ovs-vsctl add-bond instead of ovs-vsctl add-port (673135)
