I don\u0027t think the mirrors are critical for the openeuler functest. Instead we can simply drop `openstack-ci-mirror` from `diskimage_builder/elements/openeuler-minimal/test-elements/22.03-LTS-build-succeeds/element-deps` then add it back when things are updated to the new version.\n\nI point this out because I don\u0027t think there is much using the old version and the old versions is EOL.
