We had a bug here. We always used --create option, even with demo credentials. When --non-admin  is NOT used, a request for list projects is sent. For that request admin_project_name in auth section needs to be admin related. We have a default value there [1]. So before, this default value was accidentally used.\nNow, after this change, credentials from clouds.yaml are going straight to auth section (when --non-admin is NOT used), which means the default value was overridden by demo credentials and it led to an exception [2].\n\n[1] https://github.com/openstack/python-tempestconf/blob/283de2057402ebe9a5c2eabef9e550359b40e05f/config_tempest/main.py#L92\n\n[2] http://logs.openstack.org/22/573022/2/check/python-tempestconf-tempest-devstack-demo/8d65918/job-output.txt.gz#_2018-06-07_09_34_36_598439","commit_id":"4912283b0344c9bfe96b9ae47fa2b7b343fcd9b0"}]}
