specification,\nparse_specs_from_pool_name attempts to call split on None and raises\nan unexpected AttributeError.\n\nValidate pool_name before parsing it and raise the intended\nVolumeBackendAPIException with a configuration-related error message.\n\nVolumeManager.retype catches the driver exception and may fall back to\ngeneric migration.
