(My responses in parentheses):\n\n1 - is it clear that this note doesn\u0027t apply to Debian only, but to any distro?  (I think so.)\n\n2 - what about cinder front-end QoS?  (Those aren\u0027t handled by cinder, they\u0027re passed in connection info to nova, who hands them off to libvirt to take care of.)\n\n3 - mention the kernel parameters involved and their settings?  (They\u0027re mentioned in the linked Debian doc; I\u0027d prefer that people look carefully at their distro docs to make sure they are doing the correct recommended behavior for that distro.  I linked the Debian doc as an example because I think it will be useful for consumers of other distros to know what to look for in their own docs.)","commit_id":"4c2b34c05641bfa277ee2929d2b0a7fac306e461"}]}
