I agree with Luigi that we should probably have a general section stating that anything can return a 401 or 403. This patch completely removes the error response code table completely from a few calls, which looks a little strange.  The important response codes to mention IMO are the 202s, though we should also mention the 200s so it\u0027s clear that we didn\u0027t forget to mention a 202 somewhere.
