The dependency of this\npatch removes the ability to set this via devstack, which means that\nthe Cinder periodic_interval will have its default value of 60.\n\nThe CINDER_PERIODIC_INTERVAL was introduced in devstack in havana as\na workaround for Bug #1180976. That bug, however, was fixed in such\na way that it does not require adjusting the periodic_interval in\nCinder, and the workaround was finally removed in Train.\n\nBecause devstack-gate is basically frozen as a legacy pre-zuul-v3\nsupporting infrastructure for DevStack jobs, this patch does not remove\nsetting the CINDER_PERIODIC_INTERVAL.
