setting a Cinder config option to\na non-default value in devstack-vm-gate.sh.  The option was exposed\nin devstack to fix a problem back in Havana that was causing gate\nfailures, but the issue was ultimately fixed in such a way that the\nchange to the default periodic job interval that the setting adjusts\nis not required.\n\nWe don\u0027t want to leave the setting exposed in devstack because it\nno longer does exactly what it did in Havana.  See bug #1824837 for\ndetails.\n\nThe parent of this patch removes the modification of the setting from\ndevstack-vm-gate.sh.
