Adding n-novnc to the list of ENABLED_SERVICES on the compute will fix this, but note that in doing so we do *not* need to change the proxy URL locations.  This is because the proxy is already running on the controller, and so the local instance can be ignored.\n\nMy patches remote the need to run the VNC proxy locally on the compute nodes, since it is not needed.
