That should be done by neutron\u0027s installer.\n\nAnd when neutron is installed, jsonrpclib does get installed. So the bug is something to do with the ML2 plugin somehow not seeing/loading jsonrpclib. Folks on review board suggested that since this is a generic python library and would eventually be used by many others as OpenStack community grows, this should be made as a generic OpenStack requirement.
