exhaustion\n\ntmpfs exhaustion has long been suspected as the root issue behind\nfailures to load ssh keys and other metadata from local config drives as\ndocumented in bug #1808010. This can also lead to failures fetching\nmetadata from n-metadata-api leaving Tempest unable to SSH into\ninstances.\n\nThis change increases the RAM of the m1.nano and m1.micro flavors by\n64MB to hopefully avoid these errors going forward.
