We could certainly just curl/wget every time we stack but that probably would not play well on OFFLINE\u003dTrue deployments...?\n- Alfredo mentioned to me on #rdo that, in addition to the CentOS repositories, the RDO repositories are mirrored as well. I\u0027m not sure however if swapping the mirror URLs should be done in devstack or elsewhere. At least I don\u0027t see anything similar being done in devstack.
