Otherwise these are silently ignored.\n\nThis is done via entries the \"params\" file, so these values are passed\nto every instantiation of the block-device object unnecessarily;\nmaking it rather confusing as to when they are actually used.\n\nSince these are put in to maintain base backwards compatibility, I\nthink we are better off keep all logic about this out of\ndib-block-device and putting the values into the default configuration\nfile.
