clear why.\n\nWe found that we were sourcing devstack scripts during build in infra,\nand inadvertently relying on this package being around on the host.\nThis was incorrect but can this type of problem is hidden if the\npackage is installed unnecessarily.\n\nI do not think this actually required now; remove from bindep to\nminimise chance for such false or hidden dependencies.\n\nChange-Id:
