I think we might want to move at least the base case into one of the other jobs (i.e. make them test legacy-rbac incidentally) just to avoid running another tempest and devstack just for these tests. If we made our -import job use legacy and our -import-standalone job use secure (and include those names), I would think we\u0027d get the same coverage without losing too much granularity for what-failed-and-why.
