We can only request that the board considers implementing (i.e. proposes bylaws amendments, or agrees on a reading of the current bylaws that would allow OpenStack to use DCO as CLA).\n\nAlternatively, we can formally propose a bylaws amendment (which would be voted on by the board, or more if the section is specially protected) but then we must clearly specify which sections we propose changing and the exact wording we have in mind.\n\nIn this precise case, I prefer the wording as it stands.
