Prior to the channel creation we were sharing channels with #tripleo.  At the time, I didn\u0027t think the channel would be heavily attended, so thought there was minimal harm.  In no time we went from 5 people in the channel to 60 people.  While I recognize it isn\u0027t ideal the channel doesn\u0027t have an #openstack- prefix, many other projects in OpenStack (eg. #heat) are missing the prefix and it doesn\u0027t seem to be the end of the world.
