Claudiu Belu, the current PTL, is my colleague, sitting a few meters away from me. As the project matured and the need for development resources reduced, so did our team, yet we managed to actively maintain the projects and the CIs, as well as keep in touch with the community through the IRC channels, ML or ask pages.\n\nWhat we didn\u0027t do so well is keeping up with the formalities. After a quick discussion with my team, I may step up for the PTL role if that\u0027s in our team\u0027s best interest.\n\nAs a side note, it\u0027s true that most of this effort is led by Cloudbase. At some point, we did get a significant amount of contributions from HP until that team got disbanded. As some people noted in the #openstack-tc discussion, Windows support may be one of the other teams\u0027 goals but it\u0027s not something that they can guarantee. Since it\u0027s a library that a bunch of OpenStack projects depend on, it should still be released as a part of OpenStack.
