The base python in Focal is 3.8, which is roughly a superset of python 3.6, so there are py38 programs that won\u0027t run correctly under 3.6.  Given that Victoria supports 3.6, I\u0027m assuming that we\u0027ll still be testing 3.6 in the gate?  It would be good to have a statement about how that will work (or you can point me to an infra document that already states this).
