There was constructive direction on safety documentation and the voluntary/non-mandated nature of the project.

Some of the discussion I'd like to note for posterity:

- this project is guidance, not a community mandate. Both dansmith and I (gouthamr) emphasized this during the meeting, and housing this under the TaCT SIG (rather than directly under the TC) signals that it's an optional resource, not an authoritative requirement.
- I noted that TaCT SIG must genuinely adopt and feel responsible for the project's direction and governance, discussions will continue in OFTC's #openstack-agentic-workflows. Maybe the next step is to register that IRC channel and log to meetings.opendev.org.
- bauzas had a companion patch (https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/governance/+/986765) proposing an AGENTS.md community goal that would have been more prescriptive. He voluntarily abandoned it after feedback, recognizing the SIG-based approach is more appropriate than a formal mandate.
- bauzas expressed concern about inconsistent agentic tool implementations across projects and wanted a centralized place for collaboration. We acknowledged this and stressed that project-level mandates would still be problematic. We need to preserve the community's independence and elasticity at the project level. This is creative space in addition to governance role that is ceded to project leaders by design.

This space evolves quickly, and we'll welcome and consider proposals as we see the shifts. Thanks for getting this started, @sbauza@redhat.com
43b9c17456f4d422228b50973597e6322de44bc1"}]}
