I went back to the issue with https://bugs.launchpad.net/ironic/+bug/1670401.\n\nThe file in question is this, see the date of that file is Dec 13, 2016, and tagged as in 7.0.0 release: https://github.com/openstack/ironic/blob/7.0.0/releasenotes/notes/remove-iboot-wol-amt-27edaf109d28b663.yaml\n\nHere\u0027s the version that I updated (on master and cherry-picked to stable/ocata). It is tagged as 7.0.1: https://github.com/openstack/ironic/blob/7.0.1/releasenotes/notes/remove-iboot-wol-amt-27edaf109d28b663.yaml\n\nBut if you look at the release notes, it shows up under 7.0.0 (not 7.0.1) upgrade notes: https://docs.openstack.org/releasenotes/ironic/ocata.html#id7\n\nI think we should *never* update renos, then we don\u0027t have to worry about this ;)","commit_id":"d6891a21d8c01ffd7a62aba1664a3bfd4f4a4edb"},{"author":{"_account_id":6618,"name":"Ruby Loo","email":"opensrloo@gmail.com","username":"rloo"},"change_message_id":"d3dc852c10af4a3ffbfaabbff6e8da8ed860ae50","unresolved":false,"context_lines":[{"line_number":82,"context_line":"and has not yet been released, you can go ahead and update it by submitting"},{"line_number":83,"context_line":"a patch."},{"line_number":84,"context_line":""},{"line_number":85,"context_line":"If it is the release note of an ironic release that has branched, you can"},{"line_number":86,"context_line":"update it by *only* updating the file in that branch.
