It did not mention that `*_bootstrap_user` has to be changed when deploying on baremetal, so I assumed it was a bug. Adding a note in that guide should be enough to prevent other users from reporting this again.\nRight fix would require adding functionality to modify user created by cloud-init in cloud-init element in diskimage-builder.
