note, basically containing the wording from your commit message, so users are informed when upgrading that this bug is indeed fixed.\n\nYou can do so by running `tox -e venv -- reno new $slug` where $slug is a short abbreviation of your topic, e.g. `tox -e venv -- reno new fix_default_inventory_file`\n\nThis installs reno in a virtual environment and automatically creates a new file for you,
