First versions was develop on 14.04 and we added 16.04 support later. I did not try to run it on Ubuntu 14.04 recently and I cannot say if it still works (no had time to test). But with patches pointed above, it works with 16.04 (just a new bug appear yesterday about Yakkety EoL, you pointed it [2], working on a fix).\n\nAnother restriction between version is, for Contrail release under 4.0, you must use Ubuntu 14.04.\n\nAnyway, I don\u0027t think we should add to much information/doc about this plugin here but we should improve plugin README [3].
