And to answer your question, the code for the ML2 Mechanism Driver already exists, it existed since this repo was created. Although, some changes will be necessary.\n\nAs for having it registered in setup.cfg, it doesn\u0027t help, the mechanism driver doesn\u0027t help Neutron Hyper-V Agent in any way, it is useful for neutron-server. Which is why the entry for it should still exist in neutron (it is added in the ml2_conf.ini file as a mechanism_driver).
