Some developers can\u0027t attend all Neutron meetings and might miss the discussions made on their RFEs, thus implicitly leaving them un-targeted puts the writer into some kind of a limbo state. Also, this implicitly seems very uncomfortable to the RFE writer. How will he know why his RFE was deemed unfit?\n\nIn short, I think it should be necessitated that, when a RFE deems unfit, an explicit, detailed, message specifying the reason why it was deemed so should be written in the launchpad. This will also allow the writer to open a dialog with the drivers team regarding why his RFE was declined/postponed. This will prevent cases where where an RFE is postponed to the next cycle (up to a year from now) without the writer knowing the true reason why.","commit_id":"1f2cae180b4ac1fe7a0b90ba6f2d34285de74040"},{"author":{"_account_id":105,"name":"Kyle Mestery","email":"mestery@mestery.com","username":"mestery"},"change_message_id":"e6fb43f5c5847b8a045c43fd0b49105a8be1ec4b","unresolved":false,"context_lines":[{"line_number":125,"context_line":"upcoming release, the neutron-drivers team will approve the feature request by"},{"line_number":126,"context_line":"targeting the bug at a milestone release.
