Actually keeping timeout too high for these jobs for long can have side effects(merging a patch which increases test runtimes unnecessarily) that\u0027s why i wanted to have this revert. from [2][3] we can see average runtime is now \u003c 30 minutes, so 45 minutes default should be fine. Though i see 1/2 case with 42 minutes so if it reaches 45 can impact gates, so ok to keep 60 minute timeout for such cases, but whenever we see consistent job runtime for more than 35 minutes, we would need to find the cause and fix.
