versions of OVN, port bindings are removed and added\nfor both virtual ports and container ports (aka trunk ports in\nNeutron world)[1][2].\n\nWith this, Neutron recently landed a change in order to handle\nvirtual ports for the update/delete steps[3], however, this has\nresulted in unexpected behaviour where the binding information\nis wiped for trunk ports, then subsequently removed on the\nnext maintenance run.\n\nWe should make sure that we only have row deletes for\nvirtual ports specifically rather than all ports.\n\n[1]:
