So it seems like if Jammy supports bobcat as per https://ubuntu.com/openstack/docs/supported-versions, it should support up to oslo.service 3.3.x since that is the stable/2023.2 release version.\n\nThis, being caracal/2024.1, it seems like anything that supports caracal should pull from the stable/2024.1 oslo.service, shouldn\u0027t it? The fix to oslo.service has been backported back to antelope/2023.1 and my plan was to do backports of this fix to neutron back to there as well.\n\nI did this one by itself first, just to verify that it was in fact what people wanted to do. With that said, nothing obligates us to backport it either. Distros can handle backporting the fixes individually into their trees in the stable branches.
