The same update we do here [1] would be needed at the start up process, just after [2] the metadata registration and [3] the chassis config update with the bridge info. It will be needed a method that reads the Chassis_Private cfg number and copies to the external_ids using the key ``OVN_AGENT_METADATA_SB_CFG_KEY``.\n\nNOTE: the same issue is present in the OVN agent.
