I don’t have the bandwidth or familiarity with Neutron’s Python testing framework to write the new unit tests myself. If added tests are needed to cover this case, someone more versed in Neutron’s test suite will need to author them. By the way, this change doesn’t introduce any new functionality, it simply corrects a logic bug in an existing cleanup routine.
