The code sets {\u0027foo\u0027: \u0027bar\u0027} and then expects that to be overwritten. It no longer is. Anything that expects to be able to clear a value by passing an empty value would fail. I think maybe ipv6_ra_configs-related code expects this behavior. I think it would be safer to create a new Command that has the behavior we want instead of modifying this one.
