It doesn\u0027t have to be the user either that needs this, the admin could be looking up the deleted instance using search filters, get the uuid and then lookup the actions on that deleted instance.  It\u0027s just that the difference in policy between reading deleted instances (there is no policy for that actually) and listing instance actions is for listing instance actions you have to, by default, be the admin or (project) owner.","commit_id":"d396e352837be9099a75bb6ca09b224fbe30ed1d"}]}
