Only a movement of the logic. Before the host api was making two calls, now it makes one to the host api, that does the same thing as the two.\n \nAs it calls HostAPI.service_get_all passing set_zones \u003d True; the same call to  availability_zones.set_availability_zones is made as before, just in a different place. - https://github.com/openstack/nova/blob/master/nova/compute/api.py#L2537\n\nAs there is no change in the behaviour I don\u0027t know what I could put in the commit message that would help people.
