The common case of first assignment to an AZ can be addressed by not caching results for the default AZ, but still leaves an open question of how to deal with a host that has to be moved (e.g. was wrongly assigned to an AZ).   Because the cache is per API server this could lead to inconsistent results where there are multiple API servers.\n\nBecause it was my bight idea to add this change to this patch I\u0027m posting a
