Newton\nwe update the RequestSpec.flavor to the new flavor during\na resize. However, if the resize is reverted, we didn\u0027t\nrevert the RequestSpec.flavor to the previous flavor\non the instance, which could cause issues later when\nmoving the instance since the scheduler will get a\nRequestSpec with a flavor that doesn\u0027t match the actual\nflavor on the instance.\n\nThis fixes the bug by updating the RequestSpec.flavor\nwith instance.old_flavor on resize_revert in the API.\nFunctional test wrinkles are added.\n\nThis fix was ported from the starlingx-staging/stx-nova\nrepo commit 71acfeae0.\n\nConflicts:\n      nova/compute/api.py\n      nova/tests/functional/test_servers.py\n      nova/tests/unit/compute/test_compute_api.py\n\nNOTE(mriedem): The compute API conflict is due to not\nhaving change I9269ffa2b80e48db96c622d0dc0817738854f602\nin Ocata. The unit test conflict was due to mox-\u003emock\nconversion in Pike.
