One way would have been to just delete the marker as a follow up of the migration having completed successfully (as a part of the upgrade status check or something) but then there would still be a racing time when the marker exists.\n\nIrrespective of this case, I think the upgrade status checker should delete persistent markers once it deems the migration complete. We had a similar issues  where we had to use objects.RequestSpec.get_by_instance_uuid() for a script and this blew up for the request_spec marker that was left out since one of the migrations in newton.","commit_id":"af07ddb734474051ed77c425bf8a50426c2d1a88"}]}
