The existing live migration and\n  evacuate tests are left as post-test hook scripts because they do\n  things like change Tempest settings, start Glance, and force down\n  compute nodes.\n\n  Change-Id: I980177410c16ecbd809856440ac633453fa20ea8\n\nThis is the commit message #2:\n\n  [DNM] use iptables in nova-multinode\n\n  This patch is jsut for testing to see if we can repoduce the\n  issue we are seeing downstrem upstream.\n\n  my current working theroy is because we are using iptables\n  in the downstream ci which enable the hybrid plug workflow it\n  change the timeing of when the network events are sent.\n\n  in a non hybrid plug case the network events are sent after the\n  vm is resumed and libvirt plugs the interface back into ovs\n  in the hybrid plug case as we have not called unplug on the souce\n  node the veth pair and intermeidate linux bridge still exist when\n  we activate the souce binding so the event woudl be sent imedetly before\n  we start waithgin for it. this is what we belive is the souce of the\n  bug and this shoudl hopefully repoduce it.\n\n  Change-Id: Idf0ed84bae0bedbb70b5a65ee804ec1f2f4a27ee\n\nThis is the commit message #3:\n\n  Add neutron-tempest-iptables_hybrid job to experimental queue\n\n  Due to regression bug 1833902 we should have the option to\n  run the neutron job that tests the OVS hybrid plug configuration\n  on specific patches.\n\n  We could eventually consider running this in the check queue\n  like neutron-tempest-linuxbridge with a strict set of irrelevant\n  files but that would require some thought, i.e. we\u0027d want to run\n  the job on changes to nova/compute/manager.py since the network\n  vif model bind events code is used in the ComputeManager and is\n  specific to OVS hybrid plug ports.
