configure transport URL by passing \u0027none:///\u0027 instead.\n- A specific \u0027_cell0\u0027 suffix should be added to the database URL.\n\nThis commit is fixing the issue so it\u0027s now possible to ask\nnova-manage to update cells even the cell0.\n\nThe workaround is for example pass --transport_url\u003dnone:/// and\n--database_url\u003ddb:///nova_cell0\n\nFuture works would be to
