Moves the post-condition paragraph into an\n   \"Asynchronous Postconditions\" section like other\n   API references.\n\n2. Drops the \"RESIZED\" VM status wording since what\n   that probably meant was the server OS-EXT-STS:vm_state\n   value would be \"resized\" but what was in the reference\n   was (a) wrong and (b) redundant with the VERIFY_RESIZE\n   status.\n\n3.
