type does not provide an IDE bus. As a result, when\ntrying to provide a default bus for \u0027cdrom\u0027 type devices, we check the\nmachine type and select either \u0027ide\u0027 or \u0027sata\u0027 depending on whether\nwe\u0027re using the Q35 machine type. However, this only applies for x86 as\nother architectures use different machine types.\n\nThe \u0027test_get_disk_bus_for_device_type_cdrom_with_q35_image_meta\u0027 test\nis intended to ensure that the retrieved bus type for a \u0027cdrom\u0027 type\ndevice is actually \u0027sata\u0027 when the machine type is \u0027q35\u0027. However,\nthis test can still fail on non-x86 platforms.
