If someone tried to build docs using \u0027sphinx-build -j auto\u0027 and oslo.config \u003c 8.4.0 then the build would fail, with Sphinx complaining that the \u0027ConfigDomain\u0027 domain (a registry of related items that you want to link to) provided by oslo.config\u0027s sphinx extension (\u0027oslo_config.sphinxext\u0027) doesn\u0027t implement the \u0027merge_domaindata\u0027 method. I\u0027m suggesting that this isn\u0027t an issue since people (packagers) could simply not build docs with \u0027-j auto\u0027.
