However this data migration was\nadded to the obj_from_db_obj() codepath only. So data is converted when\nloaded from the DB. However there is another codepath leading to old\nversion of the data. If an old nova-compute loads the data it will get\nthe new version and therefore ask the conductor for a backlevelled\nobject. Then if that compute updates other fields on the data and saves\nit then the conductor will get a save request with the backlevelled\ndata.
