value to zero or negative, disables the memory balloon\ndevice, which had effect in older versions of libvirt.\n\nIn newer version of libvirt [2], setting ``mem_stats_period_seconds`` to\nzero or negative value does not disable the memory balloon device and\nlibvirt adds the memballoon elements in libvirt xml automatically.\nTo disable memballoon device, libvirt xml should have \u003cmemballoon\nmodel\u003d\u0027none\u0027/\u003e element added.\n\nThis change adds the ``\u003cmemballoon model\u003d\u0027none\u0027/\u003e`` in libvirt xml,\nif conf parameter
