But it seems an issue between the threads and the asyncio tasks.\n\nDuring the investigation of this issue, it is possible to make a workaround: to execute all the pyroute2 commands in a privsep daemon. That will ensure no other threads are working.\n\nIn the reported error, the `plug` method is calling [1], that is one of the multiple branches.
