V2.0 does not have such validation so it allows with v2.0.\n\nAs neutron allow SG name with trailing/leading whitespace then it does not make sense for Nova to restrict it. We can fix this in Nova but as this is an interoperability change, we should not touch the older microversion to change the behaviour. This should be fixed with the microversion bump.
