Neither raises\nan exception, so the handler loops indefinitely without making progress.\nEach affected connection consumes CPU and occupies a child process.\n\nReject EOF at both stages with ConnectionError. The existing exception\nhandlers in the status, statistics and get listeners then return without\nprocessing an incomplete request.
