Also it\u0027s quite doubtful that such old version may work.\n\nI really prefer not over-complicating the update, at least for globally. I am not against of the change but my point is we had breaking version info in requirements.txt file and now we are loosing those. For exmaple sphinx 2.1.0 was released in 2019 and the latest release is 7.3.7 . Does any maintainer would attempt to build 2.1.0 in their distributions now ?\n\nIn addition, it has been a while we stop updating these excludes and I\u0027m sure these are incomplete. What is worse, these excludes are too old and does not include more recent bad versions, which is much more important to distros. For example in the past few cycles we faced several issues with oslo releases and we did created multiple bumps to resolve these, but afaik we have never added these to excludes.","commit_id":"5f8ed0c40f9d692ca0edf98556eb58c04b677dd9"}]}
