The OpenStack infrastructure provides us with a list of mirrors\n   which are already templated so this will simply the process of\n   using those mirrors instead of the previous implementation which\n   tries to derive the right URL\u0027s.\n2. Instead of rewriting the host\u0027s sources file for Ubuntu, we leave\n   it alone.\n3. We place the overrides into a new override file to simplify the\n   implementation and no longer require a bunch of conditionals in\n   the user_variables template. Some more clean-up can be done, but\n   it will follow on later.\n5. The MariaDB mirror setting has been removed due to the default\n   MariaDB setup being done via a specific pin.
