Details is here: https://jira.opnfv.org/browse/AIRSHIP-40. I should note that CNTT certification testing is not dictating the values per se. The default values here is from a different system under test in CNTT, and also seems to be common values from searches online. But we are free to set to other values OSH deems to fit here.
